Teynan Thompson

Teynan has 15 years of experience abstracting for both State and Federal title. In addition to her responsibilities of over seeing Abstracting, Runsheets, and Leasehold Breakdowns for those documents housed in the State Land Office, Teynan is responsible for the major administrative and managerial duties that keep American Abstract running smoothly. Teynan is great communicator and always provides a quick response to the needs of our clients.

Russell Shaw

Russell is a CPL with over 35 years of Land Experience. In addition to his responsibilities in streamlining operations and product formatting, he is responsible for County Research for State, Federal, and Fee in those areas serviced by American Abstract. These additional services allow American Abstract to provide comprehensive reports which are delivered in a format that is ready for use in preparing Title Opinions, Leasehold Ownership Reports, and Mineral Ownership Reports. Russell enjoys helping clients find the most cost effective and efficient solutions to their needs.

Erin Lara

Erin has over 15 years of experience in gathering, assembling, and interpreting documents maintained by the Bureau of Land Management. Her experience and commitment to producing consistent and accurate Abstracts, Runsheets, and the Breakdown of Leasehold Interest keeps American Abstract’s services and products in high demand. Erin enjoys the relationships she forms working with our clients and makes certain their needs are met in the best way possible.

Gary Gonzales

Gary has been a vital addition to the American Abstract team. He focuses his work primarily on the services we provide for State Abstracting, Runsheets, and Leasehold Interest breakdowns. His responsibilities include researching records in the State Land Office, Assembling Abstracts and Runsheets, and Interpreting documents for breakdown of interest. Gary enjoys working with the team to ensure our clients get accurate reports in a timely manner.

Stephanie is an important member of the team and focuses her work primarily on producing Abstracts and Runsheets from the records housed with the Bureau of Land Management. She is patient and attentive which is a must when assembling documents for Certified Abstracts and Runsheets. Stephanie’s contributions are vital to the success of our team.
